What it does
- Receives the pledged share of each launched coin's creator fees.
- Pays the whole remaining gap of a coin's curve after a passed vote, never part of it, and never more than 50% of its balance on one coin.
- Burns the tokens it buys, in the same transaction (by design).
What it does not do
- It does not buy a coin that wasn't launched here, or one whose holders voted no.
- It does not trade, hold tokens, or pay anyone.
- It cannot make a coin migrate when it can't cover the gap.
